What is the warranty?

Excluding loss and normal wear and tear. Items will be replaced by the same item or an item of equal value/colour at our discretion. For any claims, please email proof of purchase and a photo of the defective product to enquiries@ikecho.com.au and one of our friendly Ikecho staff will take care of you.

1 year replacement warranty on natural cracking of the opal and manufacturing faults and defects.
