Yes. Ikecho uses genuine cultured pearls and natural, solid Australian opals. Our Freshwater, Edison, Akoya, South Sea and Tahitian pearls come from trusted pearl farmers, and our opals come from Ikecho's own family opal mine and long-standing Australian miners.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. Every Ikecho lab-grown centre diamond comes with an IGI certificate.

Yes. You can view and try on selected pieces at our Sydney CBD showroom by appointment. Email hello@ikecho.com.au with the piece you'd like to see and organise an appointment.

For one-of-a-kind pieces, such as our opal rings and lab-grown diamond rings, you receive the exact piece shown. For designs made more than once, natural pearls and opals vary slightly, and we can send photos of individual pieces on request.

Shipping within Australia is free by Australia Post Express on orders over $200. Under $200, Express is $18.60, or $26.30 with signature on delivery. We also ship to selected international destinations, with rates shown at checkout.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unworn and includes all packaging and certificates. Earrings, custom and final sale items may not be eligible. Email hello@ikecho.com.au to start a return.

Yes. Every Ikecho piece comes with a 12-month warranty and a certificate of authenticity.
